The annual fee is a base fee and gives you a dependable agent on the ground in Florida. Also included in the base fee of $99.00.

Additional fees beyond the first four transactions will apply based upon the level of correspondence and activities we engage in on your behalf. As a rule for planning purposes, additional services (beyond the basic service) are usually billed at $50.00 - $100.00 per each service provided.

We do offer lower based annual fees for clients who have multiple requests / entities. Some fees are as low as $99.00 per entity, per year!
